and old paperwork

vacation's eve-
cleaning up the work space
faster than normal

once again
aching feet at shift's end
lottery dreams

Hump Day
everything needs attention
putting my thing down

SFH next day
kicking butt and taking names
and paperwork done

start of fun week
doing two jobs- no extra pay
joy and rapture



after two years
two months and two weeks later
my first SFH

issue filled week
two days doing boss' job
I need a nap bad

early shift today
run the crew and call the shots
without my coffee

shift change at mid week
walking the halls more slowly
eating more junque food

this kind of day

being the unliked boss

oh well....

fun start of week
four hours of paperwork
and broken heaters

weekend shift
treating officemates
to McDonalds

the shift from hell
working through tons of issues
with lottery dreams


during lunch break
inside the city
deer grazing

not too bad a shift
a little man thing drama
just before leaving

good day at work-
getting next year's planner
and a great run

short swing between days
body clock still off kilter
halfway through the shift

after long weekend
easing back into routine
and paperwork
