boss on vaca-
got bunches of stuff done
before the lunch break

boss' vaca eve-
figuring out what needs done
in the next six days

new week
feeling big fun in the air
see if it pans out

long week's end
enjoying cleaning the desk
for final order

that kind of week-
forgetting to stop and breathe
during the shift

start of the new week-
new paperwork duties kick in
joy and rapture

quiet shift
hearing the machines purring
as I set up for class
